After a handful of phone calls I made to various facilities, Alice responded right away. She met with us the next day. Mom and dad moved in 2 days later. The clincher for me is that the staff and caregivers really CARE about mom and dad. The caregivers respond right away to their needs, and are well-trained to take care of mom's more complex needs. The staff are readily available when mom and dad (or myself) have questions. The food is well-made and delicious! And mom and dad enjoy the activities. Again, the staff care about making life enjoyable. Mom and dad really love living at Aliceville Adult Family Home and say it's the best adult family home they've lived in!"
